Did you know that the way you breathe directly impacts your nervous system?

So many people are breathing themselves into a constant state of "fight or flight" without realizing it.

With some training, you can learn to control your breath and activate the parasympathetic nervous system,

aka "rest & digest". Breathwork helps to improve your breathing, relieves stress and anxiety and so much more. 

The Breathing Class™ by Dr. Belisa Vranich, author of BREATHE™, was designed to teach about the anatomy and psychology of the breath, thus helping individuals address breathing dysfunctions and improve overall breathing.

As a certified BREATHE™ instructor, this is one of my favorite modalities for helping clients learn to manage their breath and improve their well-being.
